Having the same issue. (or similar).
I have my own framework. It was locally added to an example project.
So on xCode's lover 13 - it works. On new (15th) given me such error (not sure on Xcode version bug - may be some setting on new dev accounts or similar).
So I just select same team for Signin in that framework
